بعد مرور ٣٠ عاماً على انتهاء الحرب الاهلية اللبنانية، عائلات حوالي ١٧٠٠٠ مفقود خلال الحرب تنتظر تفعيل دور الهيئة الوطنية للمفقودين والمخفيين قسراً. وبعد مرور ٢٦ يوماً على تفجير مرفأ بيروت، حوالي ٥٠ شخصاً ما زالوا في عداد المفقودين. 


30 years after the end of the Lebanese civil war, families of estimated 17,000 disappeared are still awaiting the activation of the National Commission for the Missing and Forcibly Disappeared. 26 days after the Beirut port explosion, about 50 people are still missing.
